Description
While serving in Korea in 1954-1955, I came across this scene. I stopped, talked w/them for a while (had one of our Korean helpers w/me) than was asked if I would like to try this. Saw no problem in doing so and found to their amusement that I could not get the knack of stepping on the wheel before it would spin me off. Wonderful culture the Koreans had and have today.
