On our 50th Anniversary 7 years ago, we visited Vancouver, Canada. While visiting Stanley Park, we had the opportunity to watch this beachside artist working on his next carving. I had the opportunity to talk with him for a few minutes and was enraptured by his story of artistic success.
About Dale Stillman
I have always had a strong love of the arts. For many years I tried Oil and Watercolor painting but never felt that the results matched my vision. Photography was 1st introduced to me by my parents when I was about 7 years of age. At times I would get in trouble because I wanted to use the film for scenic pictures rather than relatives. This love of photography gave me the opportunity to take many pictures while serving in the Army in Korea during the mid 50's. Now being retired, my wife and I travel the Northwest on short photo junkets. Thanks for stopping by and viewing my pictures.
